Hotel Information for the Omaha Airport Holiday Inn Express. 

We have a block of rooms at a discounted rate available until June 1st.

If you arrive by air:

We suggest you book airfare to arrive Friday, July 18th and leave Sunday, July 27th.  We have a block of rooms at the Omaha Airport Holiday Inn Express (2010 Abbott Drive, Carter Lake, IA 51510) that we will stage operations out of.  This is where the bus/van picks you up Saturday, July 19th and drops you off Saturday July 26th. (times will be posted when the route is posted).  The hotel provides limited shuttle service to/from the airport.  Otherwise it is a short Uber/Lift ride to/from the airport.  

There are also two other Hotels within walking distance of the holiday Inn express, The Hampton Inn Omaha Airport, and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Omaha Airport.  

You can stay at any hotel you'd like, just make sure you are at the Holiday Inn Express by 30 minutes before departure time. Transportation to and from the Holiday Inn Express will be your responsibility.  

If you arrive by car:

If you come on Friday July 18th, or leave on Sunday July 27th, we have a block of rooms at the Omaha Airport Holiday Inn Express (2010 Abbott Drive, Carter Lake, IA 51510) that we will stage operations out of.  This is where the bus/van picks you up Saturday, July 19th and drops you off Saturday July 26th. (times will be posted when the route is posted).

 The Hotel charges $5 a day to park your car if you stay either of the two nights before we leave and/or after we get back.  

If you are NOT staying at the hotel either night, you can drop your gear off at the Holiday Inn Express 1 hour before we leave, then take your car to airport parking for the week.  Then Uber/Lift back to the Hotel.  (Ill post which lot as we get closer) 

When we come back on Saturday July 26th, the bus will stop at this lot before we get to the hotel so you can grab your car and meet us back to unload.  

If you arrive by Train or Bus:

We suggest you plan to arrive Friday, July 18th and leave Sunday, July 27th.  We have a block of rooms at the Omaha Airport Holiday Inn Express (2010 Abbott Drive, Carter Lake, IA 51510) that we will stage operations out of.  This is where the bus/van picks you up Saturday, July 19th and drops you off Saturday July 26th. (times will be posted when the route is posted).  You will need to get an Uber/Lift from the station to the Hotel you choose.
